We are so happy we found Gold Mine Construction! Dylan and Steve installed 6 windows in our home, and they truly went above and beyond. Their workmanship was excellent, and they were professional, reliable, and great to work with from start to finish.
What really stood out was their honesty and willingness to help — we were so impressed that we’ll even be having them back to fix work that was not done correctly by another contractor. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about doing the job right, and Dylan and Steve absolutely do.
Highly recommend Gold Mine Construction to anyone looking for quality work and a trustworthy team!

I had the pleasure of working with Dylan and his dad Steven to redo my bathroom. They were amazing every step of the process! They regularly checked in with me and made sure everything was going how I envisioned. I appreciated their suggestions and professionalism. They were respectful of my home and my dogs loved having them around.

Our roof/gutter system sustained damage from the April 29th wind and hail storm. They responded immediately upon our call. They were a referral from a neighbor who, among many jobs they’ve done to their home, included a gorgeous roof, built out front porch and some interior renovations.

Dylan and Steve were patient, kind, honest and forthright with the cost and labor estimate of the job. They prioritized the work given our severe weather forecasts and completed the job, start to finish in less than a week - barring any rain delays.

They were impeccably clean. A lot of “storm chasers” out there are notorious for leaving messy job sites (roof nails, etc lying around). I came home from work every day and didn’t find any evidence they were there besides major progress on the roof.

Regarding taste and mitigating a note I had (I didn’t love how the downspout from the back connected to the front) they immediately came back and made it right. No attitude. No fuss.

We’ve worked with a lot of contractors. I am one-hundred per cent calling them for future jobs around the house. 10/10 if I could rate higher.

I wish I could give more stars. I recently had my bathroom completely renovated by Dylan and his team and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was punctual, respectful of my space, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire project.

They helped me choose materials that matched both my vision and budget, and I especially appreciated their clear communication and willingness to accommodate any changes along the way.

They worked around my schedule and were always respectful of my home — including being patient and kind with my child and large dogs.

One moment that really stood out was when we unexpectedly lost power during the project due to a bad storm. We were out of power for 3 days. Instead of delaying the work, they brought in a generator and kept everything moving forward without missing a beat. Their dedication to finishing the job within a timely manner and making sure we had a functional bathroom as quickly as possible was truly impressive.

I highly recommend Gold-Mine Construction to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and thoughtful professionals. They went above and beyond, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results!

WOULD RECOMMEND

I feel very lucky to have found Dylan at Gold Mine Construction to help us with some urgent and necessary work on my old 1910 house. He is the last person we got a quote from in a long line (close to ten) of various contractors who either ghosted us or were ridiculously over priced.

He handled the entire transaction with my municipality which is somewhat infamous for permitting, lobbying them on our behalf to let him do the work asap since it would be saving our house from a critical failure. His crew is fast and does excellent quality work and they’re local which is important.

He and his team did such great work on that project that we asked him to also replace our windows. During this process, he and his team were very accommodating with their work hours (showing up early enough to get the work done but not annoyingly early; leaving before I got home from work) and their caution of our pets; we have a dog and three cats and there were no close calls of any of the pets accidentally getting out over five days of work replacing three floors of windows.

Gold Mine Construction did another fantastic job!! Last fall Dylan and crew built our pool deck, while this March they put up a partial privacy fence, black lattice to finish off the bottom of our pool deck and new shed doors, which were falling off. They are very reasonable on pricing and very reliable!! Thanks Dylan and crew!! I’m a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend for your next home improvement project!!

We needed a new porch railing and had a few quotes. Gold-Mine construction provided the best quote and also had the best communication. Truly the communication was what made us choose this company. They kept us informed, had the job done quickly, and cleaned up nicely when they were done.
